Milton, MA – A roundtable discussion aimed at creating a “healthy Milton” will be held Tuesday, March 25, 7-9 p.m. at Tucker Elementary School, 187 Blue Hills Parkway.
The discussion, part of the Master Plan series of forums, will bring together experts on planning and development with community members to identify “opportunities for healthy living and making reasonable accommodations will result in a safer and more comfortable life style for everyone,” according to Master Plan Committee officials.
The forum is a follow-up to an early discussion with residents who identified priorities for future planning including improvements to bicycle and pedestrian access, traffic calming, better integration of MDC and DCR land and community/senior/youth center.
Future roundtable discussions will focus on housing and neighborhoods and mixed-use districts.
