The Board of Selectmen will discuss and listen to public comments on several proposed 40B projects at its Tuesday, March 11 meeting at the Senior Center, 10 Walnut Street, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The public is invited to attend and give input that will assist the board in compiling comments to the state agencies that will determine project financing eligibility.
The 40B projects to be discussed are:
• 131 Eliot Street LLC (Hendries Building) – A proposed development of 57 residential rental units. (15 will be affordable to households at 80 percent of median income);
• HD/MW Randolph Avenue, LLC (693-711 Randolph Avenue) – A proposed development of 72 residential rental units (18 will be made available to low-moderate residents).
