Milton, MA — The Milton High School robotics team, known as Milton Static, will host its FTC (FIRST Tech Challenge) robotics competition, “Static Smackdown,” on Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Copeland Field House at Milton High School, with matches beginning at 10:30 a.m.
This event was rescheduled from an original date of Feb. 8.
This event, which is expected to comprise at least 18 teams from area high schools, is a qualifier match for the FTC Championship Tournament in Natick on Feb. 28. Milton Static qualified for the championships at an earlier tournament in Lexington, and will thus serve as host and not compete in this tournament.
