Airplane noise committee continues vigilance

Milton, MA – From a United States senator to college coeds and a local Boy Scout, efforts are underway to reduce the noise and pollution caused by constant air traffic affecting Milton and surrounding areas, according to Jenn Goonan, spokesman for the Airport Noise Advisory Committee.

Noonan told Selectmen April 11 that such efforts need leadership from them and residents for any progress to be made.
