Mrs. Veneto, who was originally from Warwick, R.I., had lived in Milton for 43 years before moving to her daughter’s home in Dorchester 10 years ago.

A homemaker, she was a former housekeeper of the St. Agatha Church rectory. She was an avid bingo player and Boston sports fan.

Wife of the late Angelo P. Veneto, she is survived by her children, Maria A. Veneto, of Dorchester, and Joseph P. Veneto, of Quincy; and many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Agatha Church on June 30. Burial was in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
