Alice M. (Bourneuf) Mullane died at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, on April 25 after a brief illness.
A Milton resident for the past 50 years, she grew up in Medford and was a graduate of St. Clement’s High School, Somerville, and Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School, Boston.
She was a former secretary of the Milton School Department at Cunningham School and an active parishioner of St. Agatha Church, where she had taught CCD.
She is survived by her husband, Frederick J. Mullane; her daughter, Marie D. Tobio and her husband, Paul, of Norwood; her granddaughter, Elizabeth Tobio; and her sister, Irene O’Brien, of Somerville.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Agatha Church on May 1. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
