Alice (Ployer) Morris Egan, of Quincy, formerly of Milton, died Dec. 10.

She was a member of the Neighborhood Club in Quincy and the Boston Medical Charity Fund Committee.

Wife of the late Dr. William J. Egan and the late Dr. George E. Morris, she is survived by her children, Kathleen Shortt, of England, Helen Hickey, of Hanover, George Morris, of Virginia, Rosemary Morris, of Florida, Marilyn Morris, of Quincy, Janine Hassett, of Melrose, and Dianne Morris and Denise Sullivan, both of Cambridge; her stepchildren, William Egan, of Florida, Thomas Egan, of Worcester, Paul Egan, of Kingston, John Egan, of Carver, Mary-Jo O’Brien, of Swansea, Edmund Egan, of Pittsfield, Daniel Egan, of Plymouth, Jane Mahoney, of New Hampshire, Virginia Egan, of Delaware, Rev. Phillip Egan, of Missouri, and Louise Egan, of Arizona; 17 grandchildren; and her sister, Dorothy Desmond, of Centerville.

She was the mother of the late Paul Morris and sister of the late Paul Ployer.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Elizabeth Church on Dec. 15. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
