Audrey L. (LaBier) Kane, 79, died in Mashpee on July 5.
Born and raised in Dorchester, she was a graduate of Hyde Park High School.
Mrs. Kane retired from the MBTA in 1995. A longtime resident of Roslindale, she moved to Mashpee after retirement.
Wife of the late John “Red” Kane, she is survived by her children, Susan Kane, of Hyde Park, Donna Kane Foley, of Westwood, and Stephen Kane, of Littleton, Colo.; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Kane, Nicole Kane and Meghan Kane; and her siblings, Joseph LaBier, of Rhode Island, Louis LaBier, of Manomet, Carol Fagan, of Bridgewater, and Lorraine F. Kane, of New Hampshire.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Gregory Church, Dorchester, on July 9. Burial was in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
