Cecilia V. Brawley |
Cecilia Victoria (Chalpinsky) Brawley, 93, of Milton, died Aug. 21. Born in Boston, she resided in Braintree before moving to Milton 26 years ago. Dedicated to her family and to her faith, Mrs. Brawley was an active volunteer at her church and for the Parent-Teacher Organization. Wife of the late Anthony T. Brawley Sr., she is survived by her children, Anthony T. Brawley Jr. and his wife, Lou, of Nashua, N.H., Maureen Armstrong, of Exeter, N.H., Michael J. Brawley and his wife, Cheryl, of Elizabethtown, Ky., and Patricia Brawley Morise and her husband, Joseph, of Milton; her brother, John Chalpin, of Florida; and nine grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Kathleen Chittenden. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Elizabeth Church on Aug. 27. Burial was in St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph. Donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Massachusetts Chapter, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472. Arrangements were by the Dolan Funeral Home. |
