Dorothea M. Punch, 76, a retired manager, died at home March 10.
Born in Boston, she was a graduate of Milton High School, class of 1949, and Boston College, class of 1957.
Miss Punch was a longtime employee of New England Telephone and Telegraph, retiring in 1991 as a manager. She was a late member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Daughter of the late Walter J. Punch and Mary J. (Costello) Punch, she is survived by her sisters, Carolyn Punch, of Milton, Virginia Hall, of Foxboro, and Mary Keenan and her husband, John, of Peabody; a dear friend, Richard A. Carey, of Malden; two nieces, two nephews, three grandnieces and three grandnephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Mary of the Hills Church on March 14. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
