Helen B. (McGrath) Lynch, 91, died at Colonial Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Weymouth, on Dec. 14.
A resident of Dorchester for most of her life, Mrs. Lynch was a homemaker who was devoted to her family.
Wife of the late Thomas J. Lynch, she is survived by her children, Janet Mayo, of Scituate, Mary Ellen Harnett, of Kingston, Margaret Feroli, of Weymouth, Elaine Canty, of Milton, Patricia Lynch, of Quincy, Mark Lynch and John Lynch, both of Dorchester, and Christopher Lynch, of South Boston; 48 grandchildren; and 60 great-grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Nancy Payne, Kathleen Lebrocquy, Thomas Lynch, Kevin Lynch and Paul Lynch, and sister of the late Margaret Carr, William McGrath and Charles McGrath.
A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Agatha Church on Dec. 17. Burial was in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
