Helen T. (Lach) Forsberg, 98, of Quincy, formerly of Savin Hill and Milton, died Sept. 6.
Mrs. Forsberg was a retired employee of Labouré Junior College.
She was past president of the St. William’s Ladies Sodality and the Unquity House Council, a former member of the Maryknoll Chi-Rho League, St. Ann’s Cenacle Guild, the Polish Business and Professional Women’s Club, and the Council on Aging.
Wife of the late Roy W. Forsberg, she is survived by her children, Roy W. Forsberg, of Scituate, Helen B. Federowski, of Maine, and Sonja P. Connelly and Christine A. McDermott, both of Dorchester; her sister, Mary Young, of Delaware; her sister-in-law, Dorothy Lach, of Quincy; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Michael Lach.
A funeral Mass was celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, South Boston, on Sept. 10. Burial was in Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston.
