Inez (Capuzzo) Fratalia, 95, died at South Shore Hospital, Weymouth, on April 17.
Born in Boston, she lived in South Boston for most of her life before moving to Randolph four years ago.
Mrs. Fratalia retired in 1999 from her employment with the commonwealth of Massachusetts at the State House in Boston. She thoroughly enjoyed the job, which involved working for many years in facilities, cleaning the governor’s office, among many others.
She is survived by her son, Angelo Fratalia and his wife, Lorraine, of Milton; her grandchildren, Lynne Fratalia Simonelli, of Framingham, and Arlene Fratalia Woods and Stephen Fratalia, both of Milton; her great-grandchildren, Joseph Woods, Monica Woods and Noelle Simonelli; her brother, Arthur Capuzzo, of South Boston; and her sister, Celia Hutchinson, of Wellesley.
She was the sister of the late Virginia Pimentel, Julia Bacigalupo, Patrick Capuzzo, Thomas Capuzzo, Joseph Capuzzo and Fiore Capuzzo.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Agatha Church on April 22. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
