James A. Mulvey, of Milton, died on Sept. 2.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and past grand knight of the Knights of Columbus Council 3962 in New Jersey.
Mr. Mulvey is survived by his children, Michael Mulvey, of Milton, and Ellen Mulvey and Jane Quiles, both of New Jersey; and seven grandchildren.
He was the father of the late Dr. Peggy Herschel Mittendorf.
A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Elizabeth Church on Sept. 8. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
