John T. Judge

John T. Judge died June 9.
Born in Providence, R.I., he was raised and educated in Attleboro, moved to Boston as a young man and had lived in Milton for the past 44 years.
Mr. Judge was a Marines Corps veteran of the Korean era and a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design.
He was one of the longest-working registered landscape architects and site planners in Massachusetts, with more than 1,000 projects. Self-employed for many years, he formerly was employed by The Flatley Co., Chas. T. Main and the Boston Redevelopment Authority.
An employee for the past 16 years of Home Depot, Quincy, he was also a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, and a longtime parishioner and member of the St. Agatha Church choir.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia A. (Donahoe) Judge; his children; John D. Judge, of Springfield, Tara A. Marchand and her husband, Steven, of Methuen and Elizabeth A. Zack and her husband, Douglas, of Canton; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jack Erin, Charlie and Trevor; and his siblings, Kevin Judge, of Attleboro, Christine Judge, of Watertown, Peter Judge, of Connecticut, Carol Harvey, of Westwood, and Nancy Leone, of Waltham.
A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Agatha Church, on June 14. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
