Katherine M. Mossbacher |
Katherine M. “Kay” (MacDonald) Mossbacher, of Quincy, formerly of Milton, died Aug. 26. Born in South Boston, she was a graduate of South Boston High School. Mrs. Mossbacher worked in sales at the Clear Weave in South Boston. She moved to Milton in 1951. Wife of the late Nicholas C. Mossbacher and mother of the late Mark N. Mossbacher, she is survived by her sisters, Frances McLaughlin, of Quincy, Phyllis Dailey, of Weymouth, Virginia MacDonald, of Quincy, and Jean M. Breen, of Quincy; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Helen Hartigan and John E. MacDonald. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Agatha Church on Aug. 30. Burial was in Milton Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Eventide Home, 215 Adams St Quincy, MA 02169. Arrangements were by the Dolan Funeral Home. |
