Leona L. (Laskowski) Ghublikian, formerly
of New Seabury, Weymouth and Boston, died
Nov. 20 at Atria at Marina Place, Quincy, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Cleveland, she received a Ph.D. in chemistry and was employed by Standard Oil for
several years.
Mrs. Ghublikian and her husband built a summer residence in New Seabury 43 years ago and moved there permanently 17 years ago.
She is survived by her husband, John R. Ghublikian; her children, Jack Ghublikian and his wife, Maureen, of Milton, and Ann K. Ghublikian and her partner, Margaret Sutherland, of Richmond; and her
grandchildren, Anna Ghublikian, John Ghublikian and Jane Ghublikian.
A memorial service was held in Apthorp Chapel at Milton Academy on Nov. 29. Burial will be in Great Neck Woods Cemetery, Mashpee, later.
