Linnea Melen

Linnea (Ekman) Melen, 91, died Feb. 6 at her home in Milton.

A lifelong resident of Milton, she was born in the same house. She was a 1927 graduate of Milton High School.

She worked for Mobil Oil Corp.

Mrs. Melen enjoyed gardening, playing piano and taking care of her pets. She was active in the Milton Senior Citizens and Social Club, and for several years delivered Meals on Wheels in the town.

Wife of the late Bertil S. Melen, she is survived by her friends and neighbors.

Funeral services were private.
