Louise A. (Grant) Parr, of Milton, died at Carney Hospital, Dorchester, on Dec. 13.
Formerly from Cambridge, she had been a Milton resident for the past 57 years.
A retired registered nurse, Mrs. Parr was a graduate of Mount Auburn Hospital School of Nursing, Cambridge.
She served as an Army nurse during the Korean War.
She is survived by her husband, Edward M. Parr; her children, Ellen L. Quintal, of Stoneham, Edward M. Parr Jr., of Alabama, Nancy P. Gorman, of Norfolk, Judith P. Campbell, of Connecticut, Robert J. Parr, of Sharon, Mary V. Averill, of Virginia, and Martha J. Parr, of Hanover; 11 grandchildren; her sister, Mary M. Grant, of Braintree; and her brother, Leo M. Grant, of Braintree.
She was the sister of the late Robert J. Grant.
A funeral Mass was celebrated Dec. 18 in St. Pius X Church. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
