Margaret J. (MacGillivray) Hurley, of Milton, died at home Dec. 14.
Born in Quincy, she was a Milton resident for 46 years and worked as a licensed real estate broker in the town.
Mrs. Hurley loved to dance and also was an avid walker.
She is survived by her husband, John J. Hurley; her children, John J. Hurley Jr., of Milton, and Carolyn M. Hurley and Ann McGroarty, both of Braintree; her siblings, Robert MacGillivray, of Braintree, Dorothy MacDonald, of New Hampshire, and Estelle MacAuley, of Malden; and her grandchildren, Meredith McGroarty, Ryan McGroarty, Paige McGroarty and Alex McGroarty, all of Braintree.
She was the sister of the late Alexander MacGillivray and Bernice MacGillivray.
A funeral Mass was celebrated Dec. 18 in St. Agatha Church. Burial was in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
Arrangements were by the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home.
