Margaret T. “Peg” Sullivan, of Milton, died at home on April 23.
Born in Dedham, Miss Sullivan had resided in Milton for over 30 years. She was formerly from Jamaica Plain.
A manager at New England Telephone and Telegraph, in Boston and Rhode Island, she retired in 1988 after working 42 years for the company.
Miss Sullivan was a late member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Daughter of the late Patrick J. Sullivan and Catherine J. (Regan) Sullivan, she is survived by her sisters, Mary M. Sullivan, of Milton, Helen C. Darrah, of West Roxbury, and Catherine J. Creedon, of Kingston; and many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Julia M. Newman, Anne M. Sullivan, Michael J. Sullivan, Thomas F. Sullivan and James Sullivan.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Agatha Church on April 25. Burial was in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. Donations may be made to St. Agatha Church Renovation Fund, 432 Adams St., Milton, MA 02186.
