Mary Margaret (Gallagher) Leahy, a Milton resident for over 63 years, died at Milton Hospital on June 8.
Mrs. Leahy was the wife of the late John F. Leahy and the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Mongan) Gallagher of Pennsylvania.
She is survived by her children, Suzanne Woodward, John F. Leahy, Robert E. Leahy and Joseph M. Leahy; her siblings, Susan C. Smith, of Pennsylvania, and Francis X. Gallagher, of Canton; her grandchildren, Tara Brooke, Eric Woodward, Nicholas Leahy, Andrew Leahy, Julia Leahy, Brett Leahy, Adam Leahy, Emmett Leahy, Michelle Leahy, Jaclyn Leahy and Andrea Leahy; her great-grandchildren, Avery Brooke and Elinor Leahy; and many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
She was the mother of the late Edward J. Leahy and the sister of the late Thomas Gallagher, John Gallagher and James Gallagher.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Agatha Church on June 13. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
