Mary T. (Norton) Saur died Feb. 11.

Born in Boston, she grew up in South Boston. She was a graduate and class officer of South Boston High School.

Mrs. Saur was a Milton resident for the past 54 years.

A retired office manager of Norton Electric, she was an avid gardener and most enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Wife of the late Joseph F. Saur, she is survived by her children, Barbara J. Ryan, of Colchester, Conn., Paul J. Saur, of Florida and Falmouth, Ann E. Saur, of Milton, and Robert F. Saur, of Londonderry, N.H.; her grandchildren, Kelly R. Mish, Benjamin P. Saur, Brendan J. Saur, Matthew F. Saur, Russell K. Saur, Patrick J. Ryan, Michael F. Ryan and Catie T. Ryan; and her brother, Joseph V. Norton, of Hanson.

She was the mother of the late Kathy M. Saur.

A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Mary of the Hills Church on Feb. 15. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
