Michael S. Scully died on March 21 at the Royal Rehab and Nursing Center, Braintree, after a battle with cancer.
Born in Milton 52 years ago, he grew up and was educated in Milton. He had resided in Hull for a number of years.
A graduate of Milton High School, Mr. Scully attended Northeastern University and was employed as a construction laborer for many years.
He is survived by his sisters, Eileen S. Costello and Suzanne C. Westerman, both of Norwell, and Kathryn D. Mayo, of Kingston; his brother, John T. Scully, of West Roxbury; and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, John T. and Ann F. (Mulkern) Scully.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Agatha Church on April 1. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
