Pauline A. (Kennedy) Joyce died at Radius Specialty Hospital, Quincy, on Sept. 5 after a brief illness.
Born in Boston, she grew up in South Boston and had lived in Milton for over 30 years before her move to Quincy five years ago.
Mrs. Joyce was a caring and supportive mother. She was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed.
Wife of the late Thomas F. Joyce, she is survived by her children, Patricia Callahan and her husband, Jack, and Paula Daly and her husband, Daniel, all of Milton, Linda Hughes and her husband, Gerald, and William Joyce and his wife, Debra, all of East Bridgewater, Thomas Joyce and his wife, Anne, of Marshfield, Patrick Joyce and his wife, Kerry, of Braintree, and Stephen Joyce and his wife, Julie, of Dorchester; her sister, Claire Manchini and her husband, Ralph, of Rockland; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Frances Padden and Doris McDonough.
A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Mary of the Hills Church on Sept. 10. Burial was in New Calvary Cemetery, Mattapan.
