Poy Q. Hor died May 11.
Born in China, he was a graduate of Hyde
Park High School and resided in Milton for over
30 years.
Mr. Hor was a 30-year employee of the U.S. Postal Service, retiring in 1990 as a supervisor.
He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and a former treasurer of the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Yee) Hor; his children, Eugene Ho, of Newton, Helen Ho-Walker, of South Carolina, and Linda Ho, of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Mei-Lan Ho-Walker and Joshua Ho-Walker; and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Toy Yee, Toy Ping and Poy Dor Hor.
A funeral service was held in the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home on May 15. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
