Richard P. Lund, 74, of Milton, died at Quincy Hospital on June 29.

A graduate of Boston College, he was a Navy veteran who worked as an accountant until his retirement.

Mr. Lund enjoyed playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Husband of the late Alice G. (Shea) Lund, he is survived by his sons, Richard Lund and his wife, Karen, of Mansfield, Kenneth Lund and his wife, Rosemary, of Rockland, and Christopher Lund and his wife, Jennifer, of Mansfield; and seven grandsons and one great-grandson, Christopher Lund, Andrew Lund, Eric Lund, Owen Lund, Ryan Lund, Jack Lund, Maddox Lund and Jackson Lund.

A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Agatha Church on July 6. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.

Arrangements were by the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home.
