Rosemary A. Holub, a retired licensed social worker for the commonwealth of Massachusetts, died June 20.
Born and raised in Milton, she was a graduate of Milton High School and Suffolk University.
She was an active volunteer and fundraiser. Children’s Hospital, the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund for Children of Fallen War Heroes, Cradles to Crayons, and the Barbara A. La Cambria Scholarship Fund were among the many charities for which she volunteered.
Daughter of the late Raymond A. Holub Sr. and Alice F. (Murphy) Holub, and sister of the late Raymond A. Holub Jr. and Barbara A. LaCambria, she is survived by her in-laws, Beverly J. Holub, of New York, and Frank LaCambria, of Milton; her niece, Elizabeth Kauffmann; and her nephew, Raymond A. Holub III.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Elizabeth Church on July 1. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
Donations may be made to charity.
Arrangements were by the Dolan Funeral Home.
