Theresa C. Hardiman |
Theresa C. (Duggan) Hardiman died Sept. 8 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. Born in Boston, she was educated in Boston schools and was a graduate of Mission High School. Mrs. Hardiman was a resident of Milton, as well as York, Maine, and Boca Raton, Fla. She formerly resided in Hyde Park. She was an employee of New England Telephone and Telegraph Co. for 25 years, retiring in 1990. She was a member of the Lodi Golf Club in Florida and a life member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Wife of the late John I. Hardiman, she is survived by her children, Kathleen Ellis, of East Walpole, Eileen T. Vanderwood, of Hull, Colleen M. Krupka, of Medfield, John S. Hardiman, of Whitman, and Christine M. Leone, of Milton; her siblings, Mary O’Keefe, Francis Duggan, John Duggan and Robert Duggan; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Patricia Pinto and Anna Coughlin. A funeral service was held Sept. 19 in the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home. Burial was private.
