Theresa Joyce (Sullivan) McSweeney, age 82, formerly of Milton, MA, peacefully passed into the arms of Christ on Dec. 29 in FL.

Beloved wife of the late John J. McSweeney. Devoted mother of Joyce A. Sacco & her husband, Troy M. of Nokomis, FL. Loving grandmother of Elicia, Jillian, & Mac Sacco. Sister of Barbara Toomey of Braintree & the late Sr. Mary Sullivan, SND & Daniel Sullivan.

Funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Elizabeth Church, Milton, Wednesday, January 4. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Tuesday, January 3, from 4 to 8 PM.

Retired Milton Real Estate Agent and former employee of Westinghouse Corp., Readville. Longtime active parishioner of St. Elizabeth Church. Mrs. McSweeney spent most of her life in Milton, where she raised her family. She lived with her daughter in Auburn, NH and then FL after her move from Milton. She enjoyed many years with her grandchildren.
