Thomas F. Morris Jr. died at Milton Health Care on Jan. 26 after a lengthy illness.
Born in Boston, he resided in Milton for many years before moving to Quincy. He was a graduate of Milton High School, where he was co-captain of the hockey team. He attended Quincy College.
Mr. Morris was a former employee of Rogan Co. in Braintree and the owner of a landscaping business in Milton.
Son of the late Thomas F. Morris and Margaret A. (McHugh) Morris, he is survived by his siblings, Marie P. Maguire, of Milton, Judith A. Morris, of Quincy, John G. Morris, of Chelmsford, and Edward J. Morris, of Brockton; six nieces and nephews; a grandniece; and four grandnephews.
He was the brother of the late Frank V. Morris.
A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Agatha Church on Jan. 29. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
