Thomas Joseph “Tom” Magri, 66, of Milton, died on January 1, 2012 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.

Born and raised in Dorchester, Mr. Magri was a graduate of Dorchester High School and he was a Veteran in the U.S. Army, ARNG INF. A late Owner of the East Milton Hardware Store, Mr. Magri was also a builder of many beautiful homes on the South Shore, including his own home in Milton.

Beloved husband of Maureen E. (White) Magri. Loving father of Suzanne Leary and her husband Patrick of Hanover, Kristen Biernat and her husband James of Sausalito, CA, Thomas J.Magri, Jr. of Quincy, and Gina Magri of Quincy. Brother of Richard Magri of Braintree. Cherished grandfather of Michelle, Victoria, Sophia and Patrick Leary and Cecelia Biernat. Tom is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Agatha Church, Milton, on Friday, January 6 at 10:30AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours at the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Ave. Milton, Thursday, January 5, from 4-8PM. Interment private.
