Thomas P. McHugh

Thomas P. McHugh, 89, of Milton, died at home
Oct. 25.

Mr. McHugh was a retired longtime employee of Milton Post Office, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Milton American Legion Post #114.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy M. (Murphy) McHugh; his children, Thomas P. McHugh and his wife, Nancy, of New Hampshire, and Patricia Hanks and her husband, Jay, of Hull; his siblings, Joseph McHugh, of Florida, Edward McHugh, of Dedham, and Mary Norton, of Quincy; and his grandchildren, Lauren McHugh, Shannon McHugh and
Christopher Hanks.

He was the grandfather of the late Maura
Beth McHugh.

A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Elizabeth Church on Oct. 30. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.

Donations may be made to the Monastery of St. Clare, 920 Centre St., Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.

Arrangements were by the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home.
