Vincent M. Milano

Vincent M. Milano died at Brigham and Women’s Hospital on Jan. 22.

Born in Boston, he was a graduate of Mission School and Boston Trade High School. He lived in Milton for the past 54 years.

Mr. Milano served with the Army during World War II with the 1st Armored 4th Tank Division. He was the former owner of a family business, Milano Fuel Service in Milton.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Georgette M. (Salamy) Milano; his children, Ann-Marie Milano and Rosalie Milano, both of Milton, and Michael V. Milano and his wife, Jane, of Rhode Island; and his grandchildren, Daniel Milano, Christopher Milano, Matthew Milano and Cara Milano.

He was the brother of the late Agnes Milano, Francis Milano and Dolores Milano.

A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Elizabeth Church on Jan. 25. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
