Born in Boston, she grew up in West Roxbury and was a Quincy resident for more than 40 years. She spent summers in York, Maine.

Mrs. Muise was a retired employee of Grass Instrument Corp.

She was a loving, supportive wife and mother.

She is survived by her husband, George E. Muise; her son, James J. Healy and his wife, Michelle, of Florida and Maine; her granddaughter, Leigh Davis, of New York; her great-grandsons, Kevin and Stephen; and her sister, Lorraine DeVirgilio, of West Roxbury.

She was the sister of the late John Clodi.

A funeral Mass was celebrated in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Quincy, on Aug. 13. Burial was in First Parish Cemetery, York, Maine.
