Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group recently celebrated its annual Employee Awards Dinner with a jazz-themed event, provided by the Ross Music Company at the Elks Hall in Weymouth. More than 300 Welch Healthcare employees and staff were honored for service to the company for longer than five years.

“The longevity of our staff is a testament to their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional and innovative care,” said Richard Welch, president of Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group.

The Norwell-based Welch Group employs more than 1,600 staff members, with a total of 92 employees with over 20 years of service to the company. Additionally, 20 company-wide staff members were recipients of the Florence May St. John Scholarship, awarded annually to support the efforts of staff members who are continuing their educations in a healthcare-related field.
