Two Leagues hold Opening Day

| April 20, 2014

The Milton American Baseball and Softball League will host their Opening Day Parade on Saturday, April 26, at noon. The parade will begin at the intersection of Huntington and Edge Hill Roads.

Several changes are in store for the league opener this season, according to officials who comprise a newly-appointed Board of Directors. A new flag pole and scoreboard are expected to be in place before Opening Day; pre-season clinics have been arranged with Milton High School and TJO sports in Canton and MHS baseball coach and award-winning teacher Jim Moonan will throw out the first pitch.
