Milton Village with the massive buildings of the Baker Chocolate Factory has a “pleasing sense of place”, Josh Fiala, principal planner for the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, said, adding that when you have the Red Line Trolley right outside your door, it makes sense to talk about easing the number of required parking spots a developer must provide.
