Appeals Board backs Bent’s rehab

Milton, MA- Despite opposition from abutters on both sides, the Board of Appeals has granted a use variance for the former G.H. Bent cookie factory that will allow the Falconi Companies to build five small apartments on the second floor and restore the historic building.
