Town slams Appeals Committee’s decision
Milton, MA- The Town of Milton is charging that the state Housing Appeals Committee (HAC) “acted erroneously, arbitrarily, capriciously, and in excess of its statutory authority” in a recent decision that cleared the way for a 40B development that would create 90 apartments on Randolph Avenue.
