Rain or shine, all ages are invited to attend a storytime at the Farmer’s Market on Thursday, Aug. 29 from 4 to 4:30 p.m.

Children’s librarians at the Milton Public Library will read stories, sing songs, and engage children during this event.

Parents/caregivers must remain with and look after their child since this is not a drop-off event. No registration is required.

Check the online web calendar for a listing of the programs the library offers year-round. Information about and registration for all programs can be found at www.miltonlibrary.org or by calling the Children’s Room at 617-898-4957 during business hours. You can also like the library’s Children’s Room on Facebook and get updates in your news feed.

The Milton Farmers’ Market opens on Thursday from 1 to 6 p.m at Wharf Park, Milton Village, off Adams Street.
