Over 200 budding scientists, either alone or on a team, participated in science projects for Collicot Elementary School’s annual science fair, packing the school’s cafeteria on Feb 7. A wide array of experiments, but with many devoted to food, were performed by Collicot’s kindergartners and first and second graders. The kids, along with their proud parents, were delighted to show off their projects. Coordinators of the fair included Mary Claire Cantor, Sarah Ahearn, Collicot School Principal Holly Concannon and Fatima Bourass-Elzein.
