An innovative conceptual plan for a new development at Milton Landing was given a public airing during the Select Board meeting on Dec. 8.

It would put 45 apartments over the current commuter parking lot at Milton Landing and add two floors to the building at 30-40 Adams St. that houses a Citizen’s Bank branch.
