The Planning Board held public hearings Dec. 16 on two zoning articles that are included in the warrant of the Feb. 28 Special Town Meeting.

Meanwhile, Kevin Frietag, town counsel, has ruled the board can change the language to Memory Care from Assisted Living. He also weighed in on whether this would be spot zoning and said precedent allows it “in the case of legitimate municipal purpose or benefit,” according to Board Chair Denny Swenson.
