A Milton parent has filed a request with the state Ethics Commission asking for an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the awarding of a $50,000 contract for the Milton Public Schools’ equity audit.

Paul Scapicchio, who has three children in the Milton Public Schools, asked the commission to investigate whether the schools’ Request for Proposals (RFP) for the professional consulting services that was issued on Sept. 9, 2020 violated any state laws.
