Duncan S. Drysdale

Duncan Stephen “Steve” Drysdale, 62, formerly of Milton, died unexpectedly at his home on February 20, 2019, after a long illness.

He was the husband of Wendy Zaniewski Drysdale for 39 years. Born, raised, and educated in Hyde Park, he graduated from Hyde Park High School in 1974.

He was a member of Local #550 Sprinkler Fitters and worked as a sprinkler fitter for Coastline Fire Protection Inc. in Plymouth for 30 years, retiring in 2007.

He was a long time member of Wampatuck Country Club in Massachusetts and Worthington Country Club in Florida. In his free time, he enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Stephen; his brother John William and his wife Marie; sister-in-law Carol Drysdale of Weymouth; and Celina and her husband Roman Juzyca of Milton.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Elizabeth Church in Milton. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.  Donations may be made in his name to the Stoughton Association For Exceptional Citizens, P.O. Box.153, Stoughton, MA 02072.
