Milton, MA- When Maggie Walsh touched home plate with the winning run in the bottom of the eighth inning of the South Shore Softball League championship game on August 3, Coach Gail Carvalho could not help but marvel at what her amazing group had accomplished.  Having a perfect game being thrown against them until the sixth inning and down 2-0 entering the seventh and final inning, to see her team come back while facing the very definition of adversity was something to be amazed about.
